HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods.
Transit Time does not begin until your package leaves the shipping carrier's facility and does not include weekends or holidays. Note: if you do not see an order confirmation email check your junk/spam mail.
Pick up orders:
please allow 2 hrs to process your order. You will receive a “ ready for pick up” email once your order is available for pick up. items can be picked up from mon-Saturday 8am-8pm must show id in order to pick up order.
Cancelling order:
if you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info J.Lashezsupply@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Lost, damaged & stolen packages:
JLashez is not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen. If lost during transit please contact USPS immediately. They can track where your package was last scanned with their GEO locating systems. After you have contacted them and feel that you are still need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help track down your package. We will not replaced any damaged item because we are not responsible for it. You can file a claim through usps if you received your packaged and open it and it was damaged. We check and make sure we ship the best products for our customers before shipping it out. We wouldn’t send a damaged item.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. In order to calculate shipping rates, add the desired products to your cart, fill out your personal information and address and click next. Your shipping options will be displayed along with the cost.
We do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that this is the busiest season of the year for e-commerce and we are currently experiencing a higher volume of orders. All shipping couriers globally. are all labeled as an essential sector and due to COVID-19 combined with Peak Season couriers globally, they are experiencing an even higher amount of shipments.
